Geraldine Cisneros B.S.
Ph.D. Advisee
Geraldine Cisneros is current first year doctoral student in the UDDC Lab. She is originally from El Paso, TX and earned a BA in Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience and Evolutionary Psychology and a minor in Social Anthropology from Harvard College. She has previously worked as a Research Specialist on a project aiming to understand the trajectory of cognitive decline in Alzheimer's and Dementia in relation to the effects of social determinants of health. Currently, she is interested in combining cultural psychology, developmental psychopathology, and social anthropology frameworks to better understand experiences of internalizing disorders and symptomology in youth, families, and communities.
